Whilst we have been practising using the multi cameras for bootleggers we have learnt different things each time we set it up use it and take it apart for example the first time we used it the video was interlaced when we watched it back so we sorted it out so that we have a good picture. We then figured out the cables weren’t in good places for health and safety and we needed to make less trip hazards so the next time we moved them into better places. On the Monday when we recorded the bands we realised it was hard to know what to film because we didn’t know where the other cameras were pointing to get a variety of different shots or when the shot was on our camera so it looked a bit scruffy when it was being recorded whilst someone was reframing the shot. We took this information in so that next time we could do it better so the Tuesday group wrote a note on each camera for what they should film during the performances. Each time we use it we learn something to improve so that our videos at bootleggers will look good and we will know what we’re doing. On the first day of bands we realised it was overexposed on some cameras and so the lighting needed to be a bit duller to get a better picture.
